Procedure To Apply For Admission

International Indian School, Al Jubail is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education with Affiliation Number 5730007. The academic year starts in the first/second week of April and ends in March of the following year. Registration for new admission begins every year in the month of February/March of the preceding academic year. 

Following is the procedure that has to be followed for Admission.

 * The parents should note that Admissions are subject to availability of seats.
* As per Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines under-age students and children on visit visa will not be admitted.
* Minimum age of admission to Pre-KG is 3 Years as on 31.03.2024. Admission to the other classes will be in the same order.

Parents are advised to register online. After successful registration a reference number will begenerated. Parents should upload the supporting documents during registration and submit theprintout of application form along with all enclosures as specified below in the Admin block.
(a) Copy of Birth certificate issued by the competent authority.
(b) Copies of Passports & Iqama (students & parents) along with Absher Copy showing the Iqama expiry date.
(c) Original Transfer Certificate or Study Certificate (Applicable for admission to Classes II & III)
(d) Original Transfer Certificate (from class IV onwards).
(e) Copy of Progress Report with attendance from previous school
(f) Recent Passport size colored photographs: 05
(g) Declaration from father/company – Company Sponsored.

Parents seeking admissions in Pre-KG, LKG & UKG should attend an Interview along with their ward after the verification of documents. The prescribed fee can be paid at the cash counter in Admin Block (Preferably on the same day). The students of other classes can directly proceed for fee payment if all the documents are verified and found correct.

Admission Criteria:
a) Pre-KG, LKG & UKG – Only Interview
b) Classes I to IX direct admission subject to submission of valid Transfer Certificate in Original and Copy of Progress Card.
c) For admission in Class X and XII parents are advised to contact the exam department in Admin Block, Main Building for further information about admission procedure.
