International Indian School, Al-Jubail, License Number Jeem 5, Ministry of Education, KSA, is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi. Affiliation Number is 5730007, School Number is 72564. IIS Jubail, formerly known as the Embassy of India School, was founded on 30th November, 1987. The establishment of IISJ is the culmination of the dedicated efforts of the Indians of this region, under the patronage of His Excellency, Ambassador of India and the active cooperation of the Directorates of Schools, Dammam and Riyadh.
The school has entered a new era from porto-cabins to a magnificent building well-equipped with all modern amenities that a school of international standard should possess to serve the Indian community at Jubail. Besides, a magnificent building was hired to accommodate the growing number of students in the Junior Primary Section from the academic year 2008-2009 and KG Section from the academic year 2011-12.

It could be proudly said that we have one of the best infrastructure that a school should posses to serve the Indian Community in providing Quality Education. This school aims at providing on a 'no profit no-loss' basis.
IISJ provides educational facilities for Indian Citizens for Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Senior Secondary level students irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. The total strength of students is around 5700. We have around 320 Teaching and 60 Non-Teaching Staff working in this organization.
HIGHER BOARD There is a Higher Board to monitor the functions of International Indian Schools in the Kingdom. The Board had been made up as follows: a) All Chairmen of the elected Managing Committees of the International Indian Schools, as members. b) An experts(Indian National) in the field of education, as member. c)An experts(Indian National) in the field of finance, as member. d)An experts(Indian National) in the field of administration, as member. e) A representative of the Ministry of Education. f)A representative of the Embassy of India, not below the rank of Second Secretary, as observer The above-mentioned three Indian experts are nominated as the Members of the Higher Board with the coordination and consultations between the Ministry of Education and the Embassy of India, Riyadh The president of the Higher Board will be selected from amongst the Members of the Board.
